He's not nearly as effective without the CDR/mana regen of blue. steal the blues - mumu is so mana-dependent it's not even funny. gank often - if not fed at all, he's a boat anchorģ. gank early - he's practically useless pre-6, and won't have any tanky items yetĢ. I ban him every ranked game and I see other team captains do the same.
